I have similar issue and have been sending mails to support reply i got are no helpful ,mine issue was that i formatted my sd card and had no free update ,i paid for renewal and i did the updating with new version and logos but suprisingly no communication on the following cars TOYOTA 2007-2014,MAZDA6 2006 MODEL,HONDA ACCORD 2008 MODELLater works on prius hybrid 2007 model but no communication on the powertrain,i had posted on this platform for support to read but as am sending this they have not i wonder if they read through this platform at all and the consequence of this alarming problems raised concernining  this ds708,if no update on softwares they should made it known and lets know when we should hope for,now am stucked confused and vehicles owners are at grouse with me in my workshop,think we should get value to what paid for
Now have formatted the sd card again to restart fresh downloads but now with old version software cos on older vehicles it works 2000-2005 make of toyotas,PLEASE NEED TECHNICAL SUPPORT OR CLUE FROM ANYONE

 sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please tell us the current Nissan version you have, and list us some detailed model, year, VIN of the cars that are not able to communicate? If the software has so much bug, we will ask engineers to fix ASAP.

 Have newest version of Nissan. Have no communication with PCM using Nissan adapter. Can get global to work.  It is 1996 Sentra vin#1N4AB41D1TC752614
